My Background
Personal Profile
I was born and raised in Neosho, MO, and I am the youngest of two children and the product of two loving parents who have been married for over 50 years. Growing up on 80 acres taught me about independence, the beauty of nature, and a deep appreciation for being of service.
After over a decade of success in real estate financial consulting, I finally made the decision to embark on a new path that would involve my main interests in life:
health, fitness, and food. Based on these interests, I began building my knowledge in these areas. I became a certified personal trainer and functional nutrition specialist and started working with a Paleo chef. These were both eye-opening experiences and taught me a lot about how individualized each of these areas is to one’s successful health journey. There is no “one size fits all” approach to health. Based on my own experimentation, and being open to listening to my body vs. what we are told is good for us, I was able to heal myself of a few chronic ailments, one of which I had since childhood.
When I am not helping people live their best life, I can be found enjoying yoga, hiking, tennis, or any activity that gets me outdoors. I find being in nature helps me reconnect with myself. What I have realized is that we are each unique individuals and we must find the path that works for us. That is what my practice is all about. Helping you find the path that is meaningful and sustainable for you.
